Overview
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council wishes to appoint specialist economic consultancy support to prepare an Outline Business Case for the Castlewellan Tree Tops project.
The Business case must be undertaken in line with National and regional requirements. It must be compliant with Central Government guidance including;
