DfE is re-procuring Occupational Health services and Employee Assistance Programmes for 2025-28. This service provision fits with the department's people - wellbeing, inclusivity and diversity agenda which underpins the departments overarching objectives. Our vision is to embed wellbeing within our everyday. Our mission is to develop a culture of wellbeing that empowers our workforce to thrive, both personally and professionally. It is therefore essential that we provide an Occupational Health Service and Employee Assistance Programme provision that meets our requirements as a caring employer. We have consulted with the programme board and stakeholders from our staff networks prior to commencing this exercise.
