Manchester City Council seeks to a Market Administration and Payment System\r \r Our objective is to establish a supported and auditable retail platform to facilitate the continued sale of market trading spaces and the issuing of permission to operate a market. The system will play a pivotal role in managing independent traders, Sunday market and car boot stall holders, as well as independent market operators. The key functions of the system include Sale, Account Management, Administrator Management, and Health & Safety.\r The service must be a true Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.\r \r The Contract period will be 5 years with two optional extensions, the first option to extend for 2 years and then a further option to extend for a 2 years ( 5+2+2 years) Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest.
