ITEP0753 - Highways Accident Reporting Tool (HART) The aim to this contract is to ensure that the following services are available to National Highways: - Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Core Modules including Documents, Google Maps - EHS Incident Module (including QR Code Reporting) - EHS Audit & Inspection Module - EHS Observation Module - EHS API support and maintenance - EHS Datawarehouse (BI connector) - WhatsApp Reporting - Enterprise SMS reporting - Customer Support Service - Customer Relationship management service - Modules and API support/maintenance to continue to be hosted in the Software as a Service provider environment.
