Consultants for Bootle Sites Master Planning

The Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced, and innovative consultants to produce and consult upon a Masterplan/Visioning document for each of two areas of regeneration in the Bootle area.\\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The Council are currently in the process of producing a Bootle Area Action Plan (AAP), which is a land use planning document that, once adopted, will form part of the Council's Development Plan. \\\\r\\r\r \\\\r\\r\r The Bootle Area Action Plan was published for public comment in September 2024 and expected to be submitted for independent examination no later than early 2025.\\\\r\\r\r
