Provision of an Independent Security Consultant

Provision of an independent security consultant to review, report and provide recommendations on all closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems across the council (including, but not limited to, fixed cameras, deployable cameras, CCTV vehicles, body warn cameras, ANPR) with view to enhancing the security infrastructure services to include: Conducting thorough assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective mitigation strategies. Provision of expertise in navigating complex legal requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance. Recommendations to optimise and integrate various systems, improving overall effectiveness. Provide budget estimations for implementation and maintenance, helping us allocate resources efficiently and ensure consideration of whole of life costs.
