Tenderers are invited to review the tender package which contains all the relevant information for Central Park - Hope School Relocation Enabling Works, Central Park Campus, Montrose Avenue, Pemberton, Wigan. WN5 9XL The project is to design (were indicated) and undertake various enabling works packages to assist with the subsequent construction of two new school buildings and the refurbishment of one existing school building to facilitate the relocation of Hope School to the Central Park campus. The Contractor is required to review all the information contained within the Invitation to Tender and in accordance with the information, provide a fixed price tender for the works. The Procurement is being carried out through the Rise Frame Work, Group 2 (General Construction), Band 3, (£1-£5m) Framework.
