    Contratación de un Sistema de Gestión de Eventos e Información de Seguridad, Servicio de Security Information and Event Management on demand (SIEM on demand), y otras tecnologías de seguridad que permitan vigilancia digital, acceso remoto seguro (SASE) y sandboxing. Se incluirán los elementos físicos de conexión y seguridad de las comunicaciones entre los equipos físicos desplegados y los sistemas que el integrador utilice para realizar la monitorización. La adjudicataria realizará el despliegue de la tecnología necesaria, incluyendo durante todo el período contratado los servicios de monitorización de seguridad 24x7, servicio de oficina técnica 8x5, orquestación de SOAR para escalados de alertas, acceso a la consola de gestión en modo lectura de la solución SIEM ofertada y un portal de notificación y descripción de incidencias de seguridad producidas. El objetivo del servicio es la detección de cualquier intento de violación o amenaza inminente que afecte a la política de seguridad de la Universidad de MURCIA y que pueda ser descubierto en base a la monitorización de eventos de seguridad asociados a sus sistemas de información.
