AOK Bayern intends to establish non-exclusive rebate agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient Tiotropiumbromide in the form of inhalation solution (Respimat®), classified under ATC R03BB04. These agreements follow an open-house model, allowing any qualified pharmaceutical company to enter into identical, non-negotiable contracts without a selection process. Contracts can begin as early as November 1, 2025, and will end on October 31, 2027, with the possibility of termination on one month's notice. Contract submissions must include a signed declaration of reliability and the completed contract documents, either handwritten or electronically signed, and be submitted via the designated procurement portal. The agreements will automatically terminate if a nationwide or regional rebate contract for the same active ingredient is established through an open procedure. Only pharmaceutical companies meeting the specified eligibility criteria may participate, and all tender documents are confidential and accessible exclusively to potential pharmaceutical partners through the official procurement platform.
