    Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung einer KI-Multiplikator:innen-Qualifizierung für eine interkommunale Gruppe von ca. 15-20 Teilnehmenden im Format eines Blended-Learning-Programms. Die Qualifizierung gliedert sich in zwei Phasen: 1. Qualifizierungsphase • Präsenzauftakt (ganztägiger Workshop: 1,0 PT | Vor-/Nachbereitung: 1,5 PT) • Blended-Learning-Formate (vier halbtägige Online-Sessions mit Selbstlernanteilen: 4 x 0,5 PT | Vor-/Nachbereitung: 4 x 0,5 PT) • Präsenzabschluss (ganztägiger Workshop: 1,0 PT | Vor-/Nachbereitung: 1,5 PT) 2. Transferphase • Digitale Begleitung der Gruppe über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten (Online-Sessions: 10 x 0,25 PT | Vor-/Nachbereitung und Kommunikation: 10 x 0,25 PT) • Optional sollen bei Bedarf in der Transferphase zwei weitere Online-Sessions durchgeführt werden können (Online-Sessions: 2 x 0,25 PT | Vor-/Nachbereitung und Kommunikation: 2 x 0,25 PT) • Optionale Verlängerung der Transferphase: Online-Sessions (6 x 0,25 PT = 1,5 PT). Vor-/Nachbereitung und Community-Begleitung (6 x 0,25 PT = 1,5 PT) Die Leistungen des Auftragnehmers umfassen: • Konzeption der Qualifizierung • Terminorganisation und Durchführung der Qualifizierungsformate • Moderation und methodische Begleitung der Gruppe • Entwicklung von Transfer- und Methodeninstrumenten • digitale Begleitung der Multiplikator:innen in der Transferphase • erforderliche Lernmittel für die Teilnehmenden inklusive Zugänge zu den benötigten Onlinetools
