Le projet neuf prévoit une construction d'un bâtiment d'habitation de 30 logements locatifs (8PLS et 22 LLI) et d'une crèche de 20 berceaux comprenant un local de tri sélectif. Le bâtiment neuf prévoit la construction de 56 places de stationnement répartis sur deux niveaux de sous-sol. Les locaux de stockage des poubelles, des vélos et de voiture d'enfants seront aménagés au rez-de-chaussée près de l'entrée principale des piétons. Le projet de réhabilitation prévoit la réhabilitation partielle des 181 logements existants en milieu occupé avec présence de MCA. Le programme de travaux s'articule autour de 4 axes : - Traiter la sécurité et les non-conformités (recoupements coupe-feu, désenfumage, portes palières, traitement des EP sur la parcelle) - Traiter la vétusté (VMC, garde-corps, radiateurs, réseaux EU EV EP, parc de stationnement souterrain) - Montée en gamme (Réfection complète de 10 logements vacants et requalification des parties communes et espaces extérieurs)
