This tender involves civil engineering works for the new secondary school campus in Görlitz, specifically Lot 8001 covering earthworks and groundwork. The scope includes excavation and removal of approximately 1,300 cubic metres of soil, soil replacement and improvement of around 125 cubic metres, and the removal and reinstatement of about 180 cubic metres of gravel base layers. It requires the supply, installation, and compaction of roughly 800 cubic metres of construction materials, water management for 470 metres of service trenches, and manual excavation of approximately 65 cubic metres. Additional tasks include clearance and pruning of around 200 square metres, removal of asphalt, concrete, and paved surfaces covering about 1,940 square metres, dismantling of approximately 100 metres of curbing, and removal of 20 manholes and street drains. The works also cover demolition and filling of roughly 150 metres of pipelines, installation of 405 metres of rainwater pipes (DN 150–200), excavation of 940 cubic metres for rainwater trenches and pits, and construction of 450 square metres of trench and pit shoring. The project includes the installation of three rainwater storage tanks with throttle systems, one rainwater treatment facility, and around 27 manholes with covers. Testing and inspection services such as tightness tests and camera surveys over 405 metres are required. Furthermore, the contract covers installation of 85 metres of foul and pressure pipelines, excavation of 185 cubic metres for foul water trenches and pits, construction of one grease separator system, ten manholes with covers, tightness testing and camera inspection over 65 metres, excavation of 80 metres of cable trenches, and cable protection, backfilling, and electrical grounding works involving approximately 32 cubic metres.
