    ALLGEMEINE VORBEMERKUNGEN GESAMTBAUMASSNAHME Geplant ist die Errichtung eines Ergänzungsneubaus für das Caritaswohnheim Friedrich Lorenz am Standort in Beetzendorf mit 56 Plätzen für pflegebedürftige Menschen mit Behinderungen aufgeteilt auf 4 Wohngruppen. Der Ergänzungsneubau ist als 2-geschossiges kompaktes Gebäude in Massivbauweise auf dem unmittelbar an die Bestandsliegenschaft angrenzendem Grundstücksareal geplant. In Erd- und Obergeschoss befinden sich neben den Bewohnerzimmern auch Gemeinschaftsräume, Dienstzimmer und Abstellräume. Grobmengen zur Veröffentlichung: - ca. 10 m Treppengeländer innen mit Holzhandlauf - ca. 18 m Wandhandlauf Holz innen - ca. 12 m Balkongeländer aus Flachstahl - 2 Stück Außentreppen inkl. Zwischen- und Hauptpodest aus Gitterosten - ca. 40 m Blechwange geschlossen als Absturzsicherung Ausführungszeitraum / Vertragstermine auf Grundlage gemäß Angaben Bauablaufplan Ausführungsbeginn 12 Werktage nach Aufforderung Baubeginn: 21.09.2026 (KW 39) Fertigstellung: 07.05.2027 (KW 18) Zwischentermine Übergabe Werkplanung 3 Wochen nach Aufforderung Balkongeländer ca. 39. - 40.KW Außentreppen ca. 41. - 43.KW Treppenhausgeländer ca. 43. – 44.KW Handläufe Treppenhaus ca. 05/2027
