Overview

The Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena) seeks support services for the development and modernisation of its IT infrastructure, alongside third-level support.     Die Deutsche Energie-Agentur GmbH (dena) hat eine umfassende IT-Strategie mit einem Zielhorizont bis 2027/2028 erarbeitet. Ziel ist es, die IT schrittweise von einer überwiegend reaktiven Betriebsfunktion zu einem stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen technischen Fundament weiterzuentwickeln. Die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur ist in Teilen historisch gewachsen und weist Abhängigkeiten von Einzelwis-sen sowie begrenzte Skalierbarkeit auf. Gleichzeitig besteht ein Bedarf an kurzfristig verfügbarer techni-scher Expertise, insbesondere bei komplexen Störungen, Changes oder Lastspitzen. Die Unterstützungsleistungen werden im Rahmen von Einzelabrufen aus einer Rahmenvereinbarung abge-fragt.
