Fire protection plaster (F90) will be applied beneath cassette ceilings and along external walls, covering around 125 sqm, and on 257 internal supports. Additional fire protection plaster will be applied to cassette ceilings in bathrooms, approximately 225 sqm, following demolition of Rabitz ceilings. Internal insulation with calcium silicate boards will be installed on external walls and supports, including surface preparation by high-pressure water jetting to remove wood fibre residues, covering about 865 sqm and 257 supports. Basement internal insulation with mineral wool boards will be applied under ceilings and on walls, covering around 135 sqm. Finally, cement screed with impact sound insulation will be laid in certain rooms, approximately 350 sqm, including supplementary strips.

Abfangung von Deckendurchbrüchen innerhalb Stahlbeton- und Kassettendecken mittels 4 Stk Stahl-Rahmen-Winkelkonstruktionen in den Obergeschossen, 1 Stk Stahl-Rahmen-Konstruktion im Keller, einzelner Stahlstützen, inklusive Stahlbetonarbeiten zur konstruktiven Verstärkung der Randbereiche. Einzelne Kassettenfelder / -zellen, ca. 100 Stück, gem. statischer Vorgaben mittels konstruktiver Bewehrung mit Vergussbeton verfüllen. Mauerarbeiten in kleinen Flächen zur Ergänzung von Trennwänden nach Betonsanierung der Stahlbeton-Stützen, zur Schließung von alten Wanddurchbrüchen, Ausbesserungen abgebrochener Wandflächen. Innenputzarbeiten an Wänden und Decken größtenteils in Ergänzung nach Sanierung von angrenzenden Bauteilen im Zusammenhang mit der energetischen Ertüchtigung - ca. 85 qm Gipsputz, ca. 20 qm Kalkzementputz, zusätzliches Schließen von Schlitzen etc. Wiederherstellung von rückgebauten Rabitzdecken in Teilflächen entlang der Fassade, als Randstreifen, inkl. Putzträger bis 1.25 m breit - ca. 425 qm. Ausführung auch in schmalen Putzstreifen - ca. 500 m, inkl. notwendiger Teilabbruch. Brandschutzputz F90 unterseitig auf Kassettendecke, gleichzeitig als Flankendämmung, innen entlang der Außenwände - ca. 125 qm. Brandschutzputz auf 257 Stück Stützen, innenseitig. Brandschutzputz F90 auf Kassettendecke in Bädern - ca. 225 qm nach baus. Abbruch der Rabitzdecke. Innendämmung mit Calcium-Silikat-Platten auf den Außenwänden und Stützen, inkl. Vorbereitung des Untergrundes mittels Hochdruckwasserstrahlen zur Entfernung von Holzfaser-Rückständen der HWL-Platten, die als verlorene Schalung dienten - ca. 865 qm, 257 Stützen. Innendämmung im Keller mit Mineralwolldämmplatten unter Decke, an Wänden - ca. 135 qm. Zementestrich mit Trittschalldämmung in einzelnen Räumen - ca. 350 qm, auch als Ergänzung in Streifen.
