The tender involves extended shell construction works for a new residential building on Fritz-Löffler-Straße. The scope includes excavation of approximately 4,165 cubic metres of foundation pit, installation of a gravel base layer over around 1,407 square metres, and separation, loading, and removal of about 877 cubic metres of borehole material. Backfilling of structures covers roughly 2,339 square metres, with trench construction of approximately 320 cubic metres and installation of around 415 metres of base pipes. Soil transport and disposal are required for approximately 1,766 tonnes of soil classified Z0-Z2 and 8,788 tonnes under DepV DK I-DK III. Construction of a 60 square metre sheet pile wall with soldier beams and planks is included, alongside bored in-situ concrete piles with diameters of 0.88 metres and lengths between 12 and 25 metres, totalling about 1,401 metres, and an overlapping bored pile wall of 78 square metres. Two tower cranes with capacities of 250-280 tonne-metres and heights of 42-44 metres are to be provided. Concrete works encompass a clean concrete layer over 1,021 square metres, strip foundations with 204 cubic metres of reinforced concrete, floor slabs covering 833 square metres, waterproof reinforced concrete for elevator pits and pump sumps, and reinforced concrete parapets, walls, ceilings, and structural elements totalling several thousand square metres. Additional elements include 26 straight precast stair flights, four precast concrete light wells, approximately 289 metres of precast concrete balconies, 42 metres of reinforced concrete retaining walls, and around 269 metres of building expansion joints. Reinforcement steel of approximately 416 tonnes and about 100 metres of grounding system are required. Waterproofing of floor slabs and foundations covers 1,381 square metres, with perimeter insulation on foundations and external walls over 521 square metres. Internal plastering includes two-layer lime-cement plaster over 569 square metres and two-layer gypsum plaster on walls and reveals covering over 4,400 square metres combined. The contract covers comprehensive structural shell construction and associated groundwork for the residential development.
