The contract involves internal plastering works covering a total area of 5,700 m², including the protection of structural elements, connection surfaces, fixtures, floors, and stairs. The scope includes priming 300 m² of calcium silicate masonry and 80 m² of concrete surfaces. Application of 380 m² of lime-cement base plaster, partly for tiling, and 190 m² of smoothed cement plaster for wet rooms is required. Installation of 115 metres of stainless steel plaster corner beads and 3,610 m² of bonding bridge on concrete surfaces is specified. Additionally, 2,210 m² of priming on calcium silicate masonry and 5,820 m² of single-layer lime-gypsum plaster, applied and smoothed, are to be completed. The works also include plastering 100 metres of window sills, reinforcing 2,000 m² with glass fibre mesh, and fitting 1,000 metres of galvanised edge profiles.
