    Die Gemeinde Neckartailfingen plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung der bestehenden Liebenauschule in Neckartailfingen. Der zweigeschossige Betonbau wurde im Jahr 1968/69 in Massivbauweise erstellt und 1981 um ein zweites Obergeschoss in Holzbauweise erweitert. Neben der Sanierung des Bestand wird das zweite Obergeschoss durch einen Neubau in Holz ersetzt und das Gebäude um ein zusätliches Treppenhaus mit Aufzug und WCs erweitert. In der Leistungsbeschreibung sind u. A. folgende Arbeiten beschrieben: - Bodenbelag aus Feinsteinzeug Format 60/120 ca. 830 m² und 30/60 ca. 160 m² - Wandfliesen im format 30/60 und 15/30 insgesamt ca. 180 m² - Ca. 92 Treppenstufen in Breite von ca. 1,5 und ca. 2 m im Material des Bodenbelags, Verlegung auf Massivholztreppe und auf Bestandstreppe mit den jeweilig notwendigen vorbereitenden Massnahmen, wie u.A. Grundrierung und Höhenausgleich
