Bildungscampus - Neue Oberschule in Görlitz | Los 3104 – Schlosserarbeiten/ Stahlbau | Offenes Verfahren gemäß § 3 Nr. 1 VOB/A EU

The contract involves the fabrication and installation of steelwork for a new secondary school building in Görlitz. This includes the supply and assembly of a 2.8-tonne steel substructure made from HEA 100 and HEB 140 profiles to support ventilation components on the flat roof of the new building and within the roof space of the existing structure. The works also cover the provision of 53 metres of flat steel stair railings with wooden handrails, 34 metres of flat steel balustrades, 46 metres of wooden handrails, and 8 metres of stainless steel handrails. Additionally, the project requires the refurbishment and modification of 15 heavily corroded metal window grilles for decorative use, the restoration and reinstallation of two severely corroded metal columns measuring 3.3 metres in length, the installation of five load-bearing roof access platforms, four hollow section supports measuring 120 x 120 x 4 mm, as well as four bird protection grilles and weather protection sheets for masonry openings.
