The tender involves the supply and installation of heating and sanitary technology for the gastronomy and reception areas of the Kromlau Tourism Centre. This includes one air-to-water heat pump, a buffer storage tank, a gas wall-mounted heating unit with exhaust technology, 200 metres of insulated copper piping, and 250 square metres of underfloor heating with control systems. Sanitary installations require 300 metres of multilayer composite piping, 50 metres of plastic wastewater pipes, washbasins including one standard, two double, and one accessible unit, five WC systems plus one accessible WC, three urinals, and pre-wall installation elements for all sanitary fixtures. Connections to kitchen fittings are also part of the scope.
