The contract involves carpentry work for interior doors at Haus A in Kleinwachau. It includes the supply and installation of 15 object doors of various sizes made from solid chipboard with laminate surfaces, PU edges, and climate class II. Additionally, 17 soundproof doors rated at 37dB and 5 fire-resistant doors with T30 RS certification are required, all with similar construction specifications. The work also covers fitting Geze sliding rail door closers with free run, one automatic swing door with initial commissioning, and eight door pinch guards. Furthermore, approximately 40 linear metres of rebate seals are to be replaced, existing door leaves are to be rehung, and four anti-panic locks installed. New door handle sets must be provided, including the replacement of existing handles with new ones.
