The tender involves the supply, transport, and installation of ventilation and air handling systems for a new research building. This includes one supply air system for dehumidification with a capacity of 11,600 m³/h, two supply air systems for laboratories with capacities of 50,500 and 24,000 m³/h, and two exhaust air systems for laboratories with capacities of 10,500 and 17,000 m³/h. Additionally, there are two supply and exhaust air systems for consultation rooms at 7,200 m³/h, two exhaust air systems for chemical extraction at 17,000 and 33,000 m³/h, and two continuous exhaust air systems at 12,000 and 5,000 m³/h. The scope includes crane lifting, transport, and mounting of air handling units on the roof, approximately 3,200 m² of galvanized steel ductwork with fittings, 2,800 m of galvanized steel piping with fittings, 1,300 m² of polypropylene ducts with fittings, 2,600 m of polypropylene piping with fittings, 130 m² of aluminium ducts with fittings, and 240 m of aluminium piping with fittings. Furthermore, the contract requires the installation of 400 supply and exhaust air outlets including textile diffusers, exhaust grilles, ceiling diffusers up to NW 600, and disc valves up to ON 125. It also covers the commissioning of 125 variable and constant volume flow regulators, 180 fire dampers with and without actuators, 165 baffle and pipe silencers up to DN250, and 50 laboratory fume cupboards complete with control systems and user interfaces.
