The tender involves the construction of heating systems for a new research building, including the installation of a 720 kW district heating transfer station, a pressure maintenance and degassing station with a 200-litre expansion vessel, and two compact thermal separation distributors each with a 540 kW capacity for supply and return flow. It requires the provision of 16 circulation pumps ranging from 0.5 to 20 m³/h, a magnetic sludge separator DN 100 PN16, and 16 rental warm air heaters between 10 and 20 kW for approximately 352 weeks. The scope also covers the crane lifting, transportation, and assembly of large components in the basement, installation of around 750 metres of black steel welded piping DN15 to DN100, approximately 4,500 metres of pressed galvanized steel piping DN15 to DN40, 76 flat panel radiators type 22 H with lengths up to 2,600 mm, and the fitting of about 600 m² of underfloor heating.
