The tender involves the installation of sanitary systems for a new research building, including wastewater and water supply infrastructure. The wastewater system comprises approximately 1,500 metres of polypropylene drainage pipes (DN50-DN125), around 700 metres of stainless steel condensate pipes (DN25-DN32), and one wastewater lifting station with a capacity of about 31 m³/h. The water system includes water treatment equipment such as a softening unit, dosing pumps, reverse osmosis system, permeate collection tank, dual pressure boosting system, UV sterilisation, circulation water desalination automation, and pH and conductivity monitoring. Additionally, approximately 4,000 metres of pressed stainless steel piping (DN12-DN50) will be installed. Fixtures to be supplied and fitted include 34 washbasins and sinks (including accessible options), six urinals, 31 toilets (including accessible models), 39 emergency showers, four standard showers, and 36 instantaneous water heaters, all complete with necessary accessories.
