Messe Erfurt GmbH - Sanierung Dächer der Messehallen 2 und 3 - Los 01 - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten

The tender involves comprehensive roof refurbishment works for exhibition halls 2 and 3, including the removal of 13,430 m² of green roof and 1,877 m² of gravel ballast, as well as dismantling 1,022 metres of parapet capping. The project requires installation of a single-layer thermal insulation layer of mineral wool with a thermal conductivity of 0.040 W/(mK) and a thickness of 80 mm over 15,307 m², followed by a single-layer BROOF-certified FPO-BV-V-PG-GV waterproof membrane of 1.8 mm thickness across the same area. Aluminium parapet capping profiles of 2 mm thickness totalling 1,022 metres are to be installed. The works also include the removal of 16 light strips measuring 266 cm by 1,045.5 cm and their replacement with new light strips of 250 cm by 1,015 cm equipped with smoke and heat extraction wings, as well as the removal of nine light domes and installation of 15 new non-smoke venting light domes. Additionally, 1,658 metres of 1.1-metre-high aluminium safety railings are to be installed. The project further involves laying 11,000 m² of extensive green roofing and 4,307 m² of gravel ballast as additional load.
