Trockenbau - Neubau eines eingeschossigen Hortgebäudes am Schulstandort Truppener Straße, 01920 Ralbitz-Rosenthal

The tender involves dry construction work for the new build of a single-storey after-school care building at the school site on Truppener Straße, 01920 Ralbitz-Rosenthal. The scope includes the installation of 260 sqm of battens for gypsum board cladding, various partition walls up to 4.3 metres high with different thicknesses and sound insulation ratings (20 sqm at 100 mm, 144 sqm at 150 mm, and 34 sqm at 225 mm, all with Rw 55 dB), and the fitting of 30 sqm and 22 sqm of single and double-layered lining panels respectively. Additionally, 410 metres of elastic sealant is required for sealing connection joints in walls. Ceiling works include 15 sqm of single-layer gypsum plasterboard on sloped ceilings and 368 sqm of perforated acoustic plasterboard ceilings. The contract also covers the installation of two WC partition systems with four doors, measuring 3.41 metres in width.
