    Die Gemeinde Neckartailfingen plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung der bestehenden Liebenauschule in Neckartailfingen. Der zweigeschossige Betonbau wurde im Jahr 1968/69 in Massivbauweise erstellt und 1981 um ein zweites Obergeschoss in Holzbauweise erweitert. Neben der Sanierung des Bestand wird das zweite Obergeschoss durch einen Neubau in Holz ersetzt und das Gebäude um ein zusätliches Treppenhaus mit Aufzug und WCs erweitert. In der Leistungsbeschreibung sind u. A. folgende Arbeiten beschrieben: Zementestrich ZT ca. 150 m² Calciumsulfat Estrich CA ca. 120 m² Höhenausgleich als Verbundestrich ca. 2400 m² PU-Dämmung 40 mm ca. 815 m² TSD MW 40 mm 1845 m² Calciumsulfat Fließestrich CAF 50 mm ca. 2400 m²
