The contract involves comprehensive tiling works at Kleinwachau House A, including cleaning 30m² of substrate and removing 20m² of adhesive residues. Preparatory tasks include milling 3m² of screed up to 15mm, applying 16m² of floor levelling compound at 5mm and 10mm thickness, and preparing 22m² of substrate on old tiles. Additional surface preparation involves spackling 3m² of gradient up to 2% and 110m² of walls with a 3mm layer for wall tiles, followed by priming 16m² of floor and 110m² of walls. Waterproofing and decoupling measures include installing 107m² of W1-I sealing and decoupling membrane, 27m² of brush-on sealing, 37m² of W2-I brush-on insulation, and 65m of wall-to-floor sealing. The supply and installation of floor tiles cover 25m² of 120x20cm R9 tiles, 3m² of 120x20cm R10A tiles, and 16m² of R10B tiles, along with 108m of skirting tiles and 87m² of 60x30cm wall tiles plus 37m for shelves of 15cm and 20cm depth. The works also include supplying and fixing 12 crystal plates with underlying Wedi boards, fitting 78m of L-shaped edge profiles, 15m of movement joint profiles, and separation strips. Silicone joints are to be applied, five tileable inspection flaps installed, and 130 holes of various sizes created in the tiles.
