Modernisierung und Attraktivierung Kyffhäusertherme - Rohbau

The tender involves the modernisation and enhancement of the Kyffhäusertherme, specifically focusing on structural shell work. The scope includes 105 core drillings, closing 60 ceiling openings and 61 square metres of wall openings, as well as creating 14 wall penetrations or slots for technical building equipment and 16 door openings. Construction works require building 176 square metres of masonry walls, some with curved sections, using lightweight concrete and aerated concrete blocks. Additionally, 36 cubic metres of in-situ concrete walls, bases, and ceilings of grade C35/45 are to be constructed, with some areas curved and requiring elevated flatness standards. The project also includes the installation of two stair flights made from precast reinforced concrete elements, 17 cubic metres of lightweight concrete backfill, and the use of 3,385 kilograms of reinforcement steel. Demolition and disposal of 22 cubic metres of reinforced concrete consoles and 42 cubic metres of concrete cutting works are also part of the contract.
