Gesamtsanierung Stadthalle Görlitz | Los 56 - Lüftungsinstallation Neubau | Offenes Verfahren gemäß § 3 Nr. 1 VOB/A EU

This tender involves the complete installation of two new ventilation systems and their associated ductwork, fittings, and air outlets as part of the comprehensive refurbishment of the Stadthalle Görlitz. The first system (RLT-Anlage 7) for the extension includes a heat recovery unit with a capacity of 12,500 m³/h, approximately 620 m² of rectangular ducts, around 670 metres of ventilation pipes ranging from DN80 to DN450, 46 BSK units, 52 disc valves, 24 ceiling swirl outlets, six ventilation grilles, 36 slot outlets, and two weather hoods. The second system (RLT-Anlage 8) for the new kitchen comprises separate supply and exhaust units with capacities of 2,550 m³/h and 2,700 m³/h respectively, about 55 m² of rectangular ducts, 30 metres of DN250 ventilation pipes, approximately 70 m² of rectangular grease-proof ducts, two kitchen exhaust hoods, two ceiling exhaust outlets, eight ceiling supply outlets, and one deflector hood. Additionally, the contract includes a maintenance agreement with a duration of four years.
