    Inklusionsbetriebe sind rechtlich und wirtschaftlich selbständige Unternehmen oder unternehmensinterne oder von öffentlichen Arbeitgebern im Sinne des § 154 Absatz 2 SGB IX geführte Betriebe oder Abteilungen zur Beschäftigung schwerbehinderter Menschen auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt, deren Teilhabe an einer sonstigen Beschäftigung auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt auf Grund von Art oder Schwere der Behinderung oder wegen sonstiger Umstände voraussichtlich trotz Ausschöpfens aller Fördermöglichkeiten und des Einsatzes von Integrationsfachdiensten auf besondere Schwierigkeiten stößt. Das Integrationsamt beim Kommunalen Sozialverband Sachsen (KSV Sachsen), Außenstelle Chemnitz, unterstützt entsprechend der gesetzlichen Aufgaben nach §§ 215 ff SGB IX aus Mitteln der Ausgleichsabgabe Inklusionsbetriebe.
