The tender involves the construction of media supply systems for a new research building, specifically focusing on technical gas installations. The scope includes the provision and installation of a helium system featuring a membrane gas pump, a 30 m³ helium collection bladder with level measurement, two bellows gas meters, an oxygen content monitoring probe, approximately 670 metres of pressed stainless steel piping (DN12-DN80), and around 110 metres of PE piping. The compressed air system requires a piston compressor, an absorption dryer with dew point control, a 2000-litre pressure vessel at 16 bar, an electronic pressure maintenance system, three digital stainless steel mass flow meters, and about 2,300 metres of pressed stainless steel piping (DN12-DN25). Additionally, the argon and nitrogen installations include two liquid nitrogen filling stations with weather protection, Coriolis mass flow meters for liquid nitrogen, digital mass flow meters for argon and nitrogen, a pressure relief station with automatic switching for argon bottle bundles, a pressure reduction station with safety valve, approximately 4,000 metres of soldered copper piping (DN8-DN25), and 1,500 hand-bent pipe sections up to DN10. The contractor is required to supply and install all specified equipment and piping systems to ensure full operational capability of the technical gas infrastructure.
