The contract involves the installation of both high and low voltage electrical systems, including a photovoltaic solar power system of approximately 50 kW peak capacity with around 140 modules mounted flat in an east-west orientation. The scope covers the supply and installation of a main distribution board with a capacity of about 1000 TE, three sub-distribution boards, circuit breakers, residual current devices, and surge protection. Approximately 400 installation devices such as sockets and switches, along with 400 built-in and surface-mounted luminaires including safety and external lighting, are required. The work also includes laying around 6000 metres of various cables and wiring types, installation of about 300 metres of cable trays both indoors and outdoors, 200 metres of conduit, and 500 cable supports. Fire protection measures involve around 20 firestop penetrations, individual cable penetrations, core drilling, and wall openings. Additionally, the project requires installation of approximately 40 motor control units for sunshades, 500 metres of lightning protection conductor with capture devices and 12 lightning rods, as well as 500 metres of telecommunications and nurse call wiring with about 30 installation devices. The tender also includes 1000 metres of cabling for fire alarm and smoke extraction systems, and the installation of around 100 double data sockets with approximately 3000 metres of Category 7 and fibre optic data cabling.
