    Das Spritzgieß-Compoundier-System dient der Untersuchung, Erprobung und Weiterentwicklung von Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Recyclingkunststoffen. Basiskomponente der Anlage ist eine Spritzgießmaschine in horizontaler Bauweise. Ein Modul zur Schmelzeaufbereitung und -modifikation muss dabei die entsprechende Materialmischung, vorzugsweise auf Basis von Recyclaten erzeugen. Darüber hinaus müssen sich unter Verwendung einer Monosandwicheinheit verschiedene Mehrkomponenten-Verfahrensvarianten realisieren lassen. Die Anlage muss mit einem automatisierten Handlingssystem ausgestattet sein, das eine reproduzierbare und effiziente Bauteilentnahme erlaubt.
