Zentralisierung Nuklearmedizin in Haus 3 - Los 230 Aushub, Verbau, Erdarbeiten

The University Hospital Leipzig is undertaking a project to centralise nuclear medicine in House 3, involving the construction of an extension comprising a ward, outpatient and diagnostic areas, and a radiochemistry laboratory covering approximately 1,150 m². This tender concerns excavation, shoring, and earthworks required for the project, including the removal and disposal of around 10,200 m³ of soil. It also involves the installation of approximately 920 m² of bored pile wall shoring with vertical piles of 880 mm diameter and depths of 12 to 14 metres, as well as about 810 m² of anchored soldier pile walls with 750 mm diameter drilled anchors and timber infill panels of 12 cm thickness at depths of 5 to 6 metres. Additionally, around 65 m³ of jet grouting elements will be installed as structural underpinning, with jet lengths up to 2 metres.
