Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking applications to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Individual Service Funds (ISFs), which support self-directed care by allowing a trusted third-party organization to manage a person's personal budget on their behalf. The ISFs enable individuals who may lack the confidence or capacity to manage direct payments themselves to maintain choice and control over their care and support. The council requires providers for two service categories: those who deliver care and brokerage support directly, and those who exclusively broker care and support services provided by other organizations. These services may include homecare, day services, personal assistants, equipment provision, live-in care, social prescribing, and connections to voluntary organizations to help individuals achieve their agreed outcomes.
