Provision of Contractor Services

Additionally, contractors are needed for existing housing regeneration projects, repairs, and refurbishment, along with work on high-risk buildings and other property projects such as offices. The tender is divided into sixteen lots, each corresponding to specific service types and geographic areas, ensuring coverage for new builds, existing housing, high-risk buildings, and other property-related projects across the designated regions.
