Overview

YPO is seeking suppliers to join a Dynamic Purchasing System for comprehensive fleet management services tailored to public sector organizations and YPO’s subsidiaries. The services required include cloud-based vehicle asset management systems with features such as driver identification, temperature monitoring, compliance audits, and repair center management. Suppliers must also provide route and transport planning solutions that optimize travel routes and allow real-time adjustments. Driver risk management systems, managed stores for supply chain and van stock logistics, and installation of compliant vehicle wash bays are also needed. Additionally, nationwide 24/7 breakdown, roadside assistance, and recovery services must be offered. Vehicle and accessory disposal services, a range of driver training courses including advanced and refresher programs, and PCN management with driving license authorization systems are required. The tender also calls for vehicle livery services including supply, application, removal, and maintenance with a minimum three-year guarantee. Finally, suppliers must provide fleet and managed workshop services encompassing site provision, equipment, operatives, and ancillary support.

    The supplier must be able to supply, implement and support a suitable Vehicle Asset Management System. The solution should be cloud based unless otherwise requested by the customer. The system must meet customer requirements, which may include: - Driver identification - Temperature monitoring - Vehicle inspection services - Compliance audits - MOT and service preparation and planning - Repair centre management - Supply chain management

  • Route Management

    The supplier must be able to supply, implement and support a suitable Route and Transport Planning Solution with aim to improve the contracting authorites optimisation. The solution should be cloud based unless otherwise requested by the customer. The solution should automatically generate a route plan, optimise travel distance, and provide a timeframe for delivery/arrival. Within this, tasks and priorities must be amendable whilst ‘on route’.

  • Driver Risk Management

    The supplier must be able to supply, implement and support a suitable Driver Risk Management system. The solution should be cloud based unless otherwise requested by the customer.
