Arzneimittel-Rabattverträge ab 01.04.2025 zu diversen Wirkstoffen im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens

This tender invites qualified pharmaceutical companies or consortia to enter into rebate contracts under § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for multiple active substances through an open-house procedure with standardized contract terms and access conditions. The substances covered include Clobetasol, Sodium Oxybate, Tafluprost, a combination of Telmisartan and Amlodipine, as well as therapy allergens for tree pollen, grass pollen, and house dust mites, and Trientine. Contracts are set to begin no earlier than April 1, 2025, with a maximum duration of 24 months. The objective is to establish rebate agreements for these specified pharmaceutical products under uniform conditions.
