Extension of existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provider list for the provision of Residential Care for Younger Adults

Nottinghamshire County Council is extending the validity period of its existing Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of residential care services for younger adults from 31 July 2026 to 31 July 2027. This extension ensures continuity of service under the light touch regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and aligns with the transition arrangements of the Procurement Act 2023. The DPS remains open to providers offering residential care for younger adults, with all other terms and conditions unchanged.
