Open House Originale Rabattverträge 2025-24 - Vericiguat

The tender seeks to establish rebate agreements under § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V for the active ingredient vericiguat with all suitable pharmaceutical companies. The contracts will be concluded through an open-house procedure with standardized terms, without individual negotiations, and no exclusivity will be granted to any partner. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, starting from October 1, 2025, and ending by September 30, 2027, or earlier if patent protection or market exclusivity expires. Participation is open at any time during the contract period to pharmaceutical companies that currently offer or intend to offer medicines containing vericiguat. Access to participation and contract documents is restricted to those companies that can credibly demonstrate their involvement with the relevant active ingredient.
