Accord – cadre relatif aux prestations de maintenance multi techniques pour le compte de CCI France

This contract involves the provision of multi-technical maintenance services, both preventive and corrective, for CCI France. The services are divided into six lots covering various areas: Lot 1 includes maintenance of the fire safety system and emergency equipment; Lot 2 covers maintenance of electrically operated garage doors, reception gates, and automatic entrance doors designed for persons with reduced mobility; Lot 3 involves maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, smoke extraction systems, and secondary building works; Lot 4 requires periodic inspection of building installations; Lot 5 entails maintenance of two lifts; and Lot 6 focuses on electrical maintenance, including both high and low voltage systems.
