Hankkeessa puretaan kokonaisuudessaan Urjalassa sijaitseva Huhdin koulu. Koulu koostuu 1957 rakennetusta vanhasta osasta ja 1982 rakennetusta laajennusosasta. Rakennuksia on saneerattu 1996. Rakennukset ovat yhdistetty yhdyskäytävällä toisiinsa. Purku-urakka käsittää kohteen purkutyöt liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Alustavan aikataulun mukaan purkutyöt tulee saattaa valmiiksi vuoden 2026 aikana. Tarkempi aikataulu laaditaan yhteistyössä tilaajan ja valitun urakoitsijan kanssa. Urakka tulee kuitenkin toteuttaa yhtäjaksoisesti. Urakka toteutetaan kokonaishintaurakkana.
