The tender involves the supply and installation of refrigeration technology equipment and associated piping for the second construction phase of the Cyber Valley Innovation Campus in Tübingen. Required items include two hybrid dry coolers each with a capacity of 750 kW, a water treatment system for the dry coolers incorporating biocides and hardness control, and a refrigeration machine with a free cooling system rated at 730 kW. Additional components comprise pressure maintenance systems for cold and cooling water, various plate heat exchangers ranging from 10 kW to 800 kW, dosing systems compliant with VDI 2035, expansion vessels between 50 and 350 litres, and central dirt and sludge separators. Installation works cover approximately 3,500 metres of black steel piping and 2,700 metres of stainless steel piping, along with multiple distributors, circulation pumps, and a wide range of flanged and threaded valves in cast iron, stainless steel, and red brass. The project also includes the provision of around 76 cassette and wall-mounted air circulation coolers with capacities from 1.5 kW to 5.5 kW, as well as approximately 40 square metres of heating and cooling ceiling panels with accessories.
