Services include 24/7 in-country escorting between locations such as Immigration Removal Centres, prisons, police stations, hospitals, short-term holding facilities, and escorting detainees to aircraft for removal, including medical escorts. Overseas escorting involves transporting detainees from UK detention sites to designated international destinations, primarily by air, with coordination alongside travel service providers. The contract also covers the operation, management, and maintenance of both residential and non-residential short-term holding facilities across the UK, which accommodate detainees for varying durations. Additionally, the provider will manage escorting services and holding rooms at juxtaposed control points in Northern France. Management services required include operational control, performance monitoring, auditing, and complaint handling, while core services encompass welfare, risk assessments, use of force protocols, medical support, staffing, and training.
