Qualitätssicherung LP 8 für zwei Neubauvorhaben

The municipal housing company WBF Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Friedrichshain mbH plans to construct new residential buildings on two sites in Berlin-Friedrichshain: one building at Singerstrasse and two buildings at Langestrasse/Andreasstrasse. The turnkey construction of both projects, including all planning and engineering services, has been awarded to separate total contractors responsible for the coordination and delivery of all necessary planning and execution tasks. The contract for the Singerstrasse project will be awarded directly, while the Langestrasse project may be commissioned optionally at a later stage. The contractor is required to provide partial services corresponding to phase 8 of the HOAI (fee structure for architects and engineers), specifically tailored to the existing preliminary work and the total contractor agreements, focusing on quality assurance for these two new build projects.
