The procurement concerns office and control room furniture for use by the contracting authority and its subsidiary companies, divided into three categories: office furniture, control room chairs, and control room desks. Detailed descriptions and requirements for each category are provided in the tender documents. Suppliers may submit bids for one or more categories but only one bid per category. Separate framework agreements will be established for each category, selecting up to five suppliers who meet the suitability and minimum criteria set by the contracting authority. Subsequent purchases within the framework will follow the procedures outlined in the framework agreement. The required products and related services for each category are specified in the tender attachments.
