    Freianlagenplanung in den Leistungsphasen 1-3 und 5-9 nach § 39 ff. HOAI Leistungsinhalt sollen alle Grundleistungen der einzelnen Leistungsphasen ge-mäß Anlage 11 (zu § 39 Absatz 4, § 40 Absatz 5) HOAI sein. Auf Grundlage von Anlage 11 HOAI wird diese Maßnahme der Honorarzone III zugeordnet. Es ist beabsichtigt eine stufenweise Beauftragung durchzuführen: - Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 nach § 39 HOAI - Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 nach § 39 HOAI Besondere Leistungen Für die Planung sind folgende besondere Leistungen in Anlehnung an HOAI 2021 Anlage 11 (zu § 39 Absatz 4, § 40 Absatz 5) zu erbringen: - Mitwirkung bei Erstellung von Zwischen- und Endverwendungsnachweise
