Servicio integral de comidas y atención en comedores para los usuarios de los Centros de Día Móstoles, Torrejón de Ardoz y Getafe I de la Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social (3 Lotes)

The contract involves the comprehensive provision of meal services and dining room assistance for users at three Day Centres: Móstoles, Torrejón de Ardoz, and Getafe I. The service includes the preparation of meals—breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack—primarily using a “cold line” system in central kitchens. It covers the hygienic transport of prepared food to each centre, proper storage and preservation, appropriate reheating, and distribution within the dining areas, as well as serving the meals to users. Additionally, the service requires dining room support, including table setting with necessary utensils, serving dishes to users, clearing used items, and cleaning the dining facilities. Auxiliary kitchen and office tasks are also included, such as receiving goods and prepared food, food reheating, stock control, and washing and storing crockery. The tender is divided into three lots, each corresponding to one of the specified Day Centres.
