Dynamic Market for Non Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) Taxi Support Provision

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust seeks to establish a Dynamic Market for Taxi Support Services to assist with Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) across Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and Derbyshire regions. The service involves transporting patients to and from hospitals for routine appointments, short-term ad hoc journeys, and other required trips. The Dynamic Market will operate from April 2026 to March 2030, divided into three lots corresponding to each region. Only taxi providers serving these specific areas without out-of-region charges are eligible, and taxi booking platforms are excluded due to the NEPTS journey planning process. This market will create a supplier list for each lot, from which the Trust will later conduct competitive tenders based on quality, commercial terms, and social value. The contract is exclusively for East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
